We only deliver in the UK 2nd Class we do not deliver abroad.

Returns & Refunds

We hope that you’ll be thrilled with your products when they arrive, but if anything isn’t right we are on hand to help. Contact us on info@littleboatcompany  for assistance and we’ll get back to you promptly.

We take every precaution to ensure your products are properly protected during transit but appreciate that very occasionally damages may occur. We will replace or refund products damaged during delivery if photographic proof of damage is sent to us within 7 days of delivery. We sadly cannot refund or replace candles that have been used. 

You are welcome to exchange your product for another candle of the same size and price within 30 days of purchase. The buyer is responsible for the delivery cost on all returned items.

If your package arrives damaged you may return your unused product for a full refund within 14 days of delivery. Please contact us for further details.
